» Effective with the October 2022 commutation, the paper Mail&Ride ticket option will no longer be available. Mail&Ride customers will only be able to receive their monthly Mail&Ride ticket electronically through our mobile application, MTA TrainTime;.

To change to MTA TrainTime delivery, please log into your Mail&Ride account and follow the prompts. Mail&Ride MTA TrainTime delivery will not be able to support the purchase of connecting services or unlimited MetroCards. Therefore, customers will need to purchase their monthly tickets with connecting services and/or MetroCards from our ticket vending machines or ticket offices.

For questions, account representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM at 718-217-5477. At the prompt, say "Mail&Ride".
